Lot 399 was a collaboration with Ryan Marsden of Marsden Architects, Emily Roose of Emily Roose Interiors, and Linchpin Engineering. This award-winning build features a great room showcasing truly remarkable details. The spa and fitness area includes a lounge, a cold plunge, a spacious shower, and a one-of-a-kind sauna.
The Summit Cabin was a collaborative effort with Mike Hann of Tower 13 Architecture, Altitude Design Co., Brandon Brooks of Shearforce Engineering, and the Backcountry Hut Company. Lumber milled directly from the property was repurposed into stair treads, ceilings, trim, shelving, a striking 10-foot farm table, and wall sconces that trully transform the 3 story winding stair case into an art piece of its own.
